Start your weekend with a refreshing yoga session at Fort Orange! This class, taught by Jammella Anderson, is suitable for all levels and will result in greater strength, flexibility, and connection to the body.
Jammella Anderson, RYT 200, is a certified vinyasa/hatha yoga instructor from Albany, New York. She has been teaching around the Capital Region for 3+ years. Jammella believes yoga is important not only for the body, but the mind. Pushing yourself to your personal edge and finding freedom in the unknown is an important part of emotional, mental and physical health. "Learning how to link my breath with movement allowed me to create a story without words, like poetry in motion. Yoga should be accessible to anyone and everyone. There are no exclusions because of body type, gender age or orientation. It is all encompassing, and that's why I teach. I want to provide a safe community for people who seek to find a higher form of self and to show others that self-care is self-love." Jammella trained with Jennilee Toner, yoga and anatomy teacher in 2014 through the Hot Warrior Yoga series.
