**Proceeds from this yoga class will be donated to Hurricane Relief efforts through M&T Bank's Charitable Foundation. The suggested donation is $10 and spaces may be reserved through our Online Store, or in person the morning of the class.**

Nikki has devoted the past decade of her professional life to promoting the health and wellbeing in the Capital District. She began her personal journey into yoga in 2005, and in 2012 a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training opened the door to her dream of sharing yoga with the community as a pathway to stress relief and a healthy lifestyle.

Nikki's classes could be described as “beginner plus.” She designs her classes specifically to be done by people with little experience with the practice, while still providing a challenge to all skill levels. Linking breath and movement for a relaxing practice, Nikki safely guide students into poses and tailors each session to the individual needs of each of her classes.
