The Fort Orange General Store will celebrate its inaugural holiday season with a Holiday Market in The Arcade Building and the Fort Orange General Store in downtown Albany!
The market will feature 20 vendors (rotating each week) selling locally made and sourced goods, live entertainment, art exhibits, restaurant promotions, and drop-in workshops at the Fort Orange General Store. The full line-up of vendors are listed below.
The market will kick-off on the same evening as Albany City Hall’s Tree Lighting & Open House on Thursday, November 30, and will also feature vendors and exhibits at Albany City Hall, the Albany Visitors Center, and the Albany Institute of History & Art from 5 PM - 8 PM. A free shuttle, provided by Advantage Transit Group, will transport visitors to each of the locations.
The Holiday Market will continue for the following three Friday evenings, December 8, 15, and 22 from 4 PM - 9 PM each night.

About the Artists:
DJ Trumastr is an international touring DJ based out of Albany, New York. Infused with a rich knowledge of music, this creative innovator spins infectious blends that transcend both cultural and generational boundaries. Although mostly inspired by the classic sounds of Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, R&B and Soul, DJ Trumastr’s skill on the decks knows no limit. A master of versatility, this DJ/producer can rock any party from small private events to the big stage.
Bryan Brundige & Dylan Perrillo:
Bryan Brundige is a trombonist and audio engineer from Albany, NY. He is a member of The Chronicles, the Fried Bananas, Dylan Perrillo Orchestra, and currently leads the Piggly Wigglies. He is A1 at Overit Studios and the Cohoes Music Hall. Bryan studied trombone at Schenectady Co. Community College and recording technology at Mercy College. He has had the opportunity to play across the nation and in Canada.
Dylan Perrillo is a native of Voorheesville, NY who is exploring the bass in search of having great fun, In addition to his original projects, Dylan performs regularly in the Capital Region with the Hot Club of Saratoga, Bryan Brundige Trio and is the bandleader and arranger for the Dylan Perrillo Orchestra.
The Useless Cans:
The Useless Cans are a trio of musicians from Albany, NY who play old-timey standards and originals in the hopes of creating a brighter future, one song at a time.
Joshua "Everything I Do Gonna Be Funky (From Now On)" Gruft aka DJ Mercy!!! is a Latin American multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, record producer & DJ. He is often referred to as the "Funky Drummer". In a career that has spanned 1 1/2 decades, Gruft built a reputation as a tireless live performer. His own stated goal is to "give people more than what they came for." You do not want to miss this enigmatic performer live.
